A good-value introduction to Kenya's two most rewarding parks for first-time visitors. Stay in camp in the Mara for two nights to look for lion, leopard and cheetah, then move to Nakuru for rhino.
If you have more time, a longer safari that adds more parks gives you more chances at the sightings you're hoping for. Ask us to extend it.

Day 1 Nairobi to the Masai Mara
Drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara. Lunch at camp, then your first afternoon game drive among giraffe, buffalo, eland, zebra, topi and gazelle.

Day 2 Full day in the Masai Mara
Extended game drives looking for predators and cubs, with cheetah and leopard hiding in the acacias. An optional Maasai village visit can be added.

Day 3 Masai Mara to Nakuru
A pre-breakfast game drive from about 6:30 to 9:00am, a hot breakfast back at camp, then the drive to Nakuru.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru to Nairobi
Morning game drive in the rhino sanctuary, home to around 25 black and white rhino as well as resident predators. Lunch, then the drive back to Nairobi.
